A Certified Balloon Artist or CBA is a person who has undertaken a formal course of training in balloon decorating and has successfully passed a series of written and practical examinations on all aspects of balloons aand the balloon industry. CBA’s are highly skilled and knowledgeable balloon professionals.
The Face Painting Association is the leading organisation for professional Face Painting in the UK. Anyone applying to join FACE must submit examples of their work for approval and must take an assessment test to prove their proficiency. Thus all FACE members must be able to prove their competence and ability prior to being admitted. All FACE members carry public liability insurance and follow codes of conduct in respect of professionalism and hygiene.
