Payment is required in advance at least fourteen days prior to the event.
Cancellations – If the event is cancelled and we are unable to find an alternative booking the following fees are payable – 12 or more weeks prior to event 50%, 4 to 12 weeks prior 75%, less than 4 weeks full fee payable.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing by email or letter sent recorded delivery.
When we receive your booking form we will turn down other enquiries or bookings for the date booked.
If we are unable to give you the date you have requested we will offer you alternatives. If none of these are acceptable neither party will be under any obligation to the other.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking. Any money paid will be returned to the client.
Should we be unable to perform due to inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, the full fee is nevertheless due.
If we fail to arrive at the event or cancel any monies paid will be returned in full. No fee will be due to us. In this circumstance the client agrees that no contra charges will be made against us.
The client will ensure that vehicle access is available to and from the performance area in accordance with our arrival and departure times.
Any extension of the performance time or arrival and or departure time will be charged pro rata.
The client will provide free parking and refreshments at the venue.
This agreement is subject to English Law.
