How do I get a price?

Either send us your requirements using the form on the Enquiry page ( recommended ) or send us an email or call on the telephone. Details are on the Contact Us page.

How do I make a booking?

Conatct us by email or phone. We will then send you written confirmation of the booking. You must sign and return to us one copy of the agreement.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

When do I pay the balance?

Payment of any outstanding fee is required at least fourteen days before the event or party.

How do I pay? Cash, cheque, BACs?

We prefer cheque or BAC's but cash will be accepted.

Can I have an invoice?

We produce invoices for every job. The invoice is usually sent out with the booking confirmation. If it is not, we will send it shortly after the job. We don't issue invoices for private parties unless specifically requested.

What happens if we cancel?

If the event is cancelled, charges may apply. Details are on the agreement form. If less that 4 weeks from the event the full fee is due unless we find other work of equivallent value in which case there is no charge. If for reasons beyond our control ie accident, illness, breakdown, we are unable to attend the event we will return any monies paid in full withing seven days of the event.
